Please read the following terms & conditions carefully. Confirmation of a booking is deemed acceptance of these terms.
All rates are quoted per room per night and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
Your card details will be used to guarantee your booking. No charges will be made unless specified or in the event of failure to comply with our cancellation policy. Please note we add a 2.5% supplement to any payments made using an American Express card.
Arrivals and Departures
Check in is anytime between 14.00 to 23.00 (22.00 on Sundays) – if you would like to check in outside these times, please advise us and we will do our best to assist.
Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 11.00am.
We operate a 24hr cancellation policy. Should the need arise please cancel directly with the hotel on 01664 563563. You will be issued with a cancellation reference number which must be quoted in any future dealings related to your booking. Failure to comply with our cancellation policy will result in a charge equivalent to your first night’s stay. Group bookings may be subject to different terms and conditions as advised at time of booking.
If you would like to order any additional treats during your stay then please call the hotel direct to order.
Any deposits taken are non refundable.
You are recommended to have insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment or loss of baggage, personal effects and money.
Cots and extra beds are available at a small charge subject to availability. Please call us direct on 01664 563563 if you require either of these. Children under the age of 18 yrs must be accompanied by an adult.
