Kitchen Assistant P/T

This is available for 1-2 weekday evenings per week and at least one shift on alternate weekends. Hours are from 6-10pm.

Main duties of this role are assisting Chef as required, preparation of starters for the A La Carte menu, clearing down after service and washing up.

Some experience would be helpful but aptitude and, above all, enthusiasm and more important. Full training will be given as appropriate.

Weekend Breakfast Cook P/T

To prepare breakfast for hotel guests to a high and consistent standard. Shifts are from 7.30am to 11am Saturday and Sunday alternate weekends. Extra hours may be available if required, to include the other weekend as above and also alternate Sunday Lunch shift in the kitchen as Kitchen Assistant.

2 shifts per week, 9.00am to 1.45pm weekdays and possible alternate weekend shifts.

PLEASE NOTE - It may be possible to combine the above positions to make a Full Time General Assistant position.
