Small Print
Making a booking - We recommend making your booking by telephone, as this enables us to discuss your exact requirements. We can also accept bookings by fax or email with credit card details and authorisation to deduct the deposit. Please ensure that you include your postal address & telephone number so that we can send confirmation.

Deposits - All reservations require a non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per person at the time of booking. This is payable by cheque or credit card and will be deducted from your final bill on checkout.

Checkin & Checkout - Check-in times are between 2pm and 11pm on the day of arrival. Please ensure that your room is vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

Cancellations - If you need to cancel your stay, please give us as much notice as possible. If you cancel your stay with us for any reason with less than 24hrs notice and we are unable to re-let the accommodation, the full room charge will become payable.

Dogs - You are welcome to bring one well behaved dog without charge. Additional dogs are charged at £5.00 per stay. We do ask that you advise us of this at time of booking and that you adhere to our guidelines for dogs (see pets welcome page). We unfortunately cannot allow dogs in the restaurant but well behaved dogs are welcome in the bar and lounge areas.
