Loyalty Scheme Terms and Conditions

Data Protection Statement
We would like to reassure you that your details are safe with us and will never be released to companies or individuals outside Sysonby Knoll Hotel and Restaurant. We use your personal details to administer the loyalty scheme and to send you details of any future or current promotions. If at any time you would like us to stop sending you mailings, please let us know and we will do so immediately. We comply strictly with the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Terms and Conditions

The Scheme
1) The Loyalty Cards are issued by and remain the property of Sysonby Knoll Hotel which reserves the right, at any time without notice, to: (a) terminate the scheme; (b) decline to issue Loyalty cards; and (c) on reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel Loyalty Cards or points collected, or to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Loyalty scheme.
Reasonable grounds include
(i) any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme, or
(ii) any use or attempted use of a Loyalty Card or points in a manner which is contrary to these terms and conditions or
(iii) any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty on the part of a member in connection with the scheme.

2) All participants in the Loyalty scheme must be aged 18 years or over. Members may be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of Sysonby Knoll Hotel.

3) The Loyalty Scheme is only for personal and consumer use. Partly full Loyalty cards and any Vouchers cannot be transferred, sold or in any way traded.

4) To collect a stamp for a transaction in either the restaurant or hotel, your Loyalty card must be presented at the time of paying your bill. If you do not have your card, you may start another, but stamps on different cards will only be pooled at our discretion.

5) Restaurant Scheme: One stamp will be awarded per visit per person. In the case of large parties, it is entirely at our discretion whether to award the stamps to one card or multiple cards. In any event, full cards are not valid against the same transaction as any points which are on them.
When a card is full, it may be redeemed against a starter, main course and sweet at lunchtime (including Sunday Lunch) or a full Table d'Hote meal (starter, main course and sweet) in the evening. Full or partly full cards have no other value whatsoever.
Special menus prepared for Clubs, societies or persons on an individual basis are excluded from the scheme, as are seasonal menus.

6) Accommodation Scheme: One stamp will be awarded for each night stayed at the hotel. Only bookings made on one of our published tariffs will be eligible. In the case of large parties, it is entirely at our discretion whether to award the stamps to one card or multiple cards. In any event, full cards are not valid against the same transaction as any points which are on them.
When a card is full, it may be redeemed against a one night stay in a standard double room inclusive of full English Breakfast. An upgrade may be offered at the time of booking subject to availability and a charge equivalent to the difference in room rate. Full or partly full cards have no other value whatsoever.
