	Spring is just around the corner - or so they tell us, and we are getting geared up for the easter holidays. 	Just after Easter, on April 4th, 5th and 6th, Melton Mowbray is host to a major "Grow it! Cook it! Eat it!" event. This is to take place at the cattle market near the town centre and within easy walking distance of the hotel.
